I have a weird fear of hard cornering and de-beading tires. It isn’t going to happend i bet tho, since i run actually “fitting” non-stretched tyres and maintain a healthy tyre pressure (1.5psi tolerance)

I'm here to tell you that it can happen. I did it about 18 years ago when I was a dumb teenager. My tires were already low as is, which I'm sure didn't help, but I went hard into a corner (say like 40mph or so) in an 86 Honda Accord. What was worse was that my spare was flat. Dumbass.
